AC businessmix Oy Ab acts as a trader for certain products.
Trader
Merchant means a company or entity that sells its Products to Customers by distance selling on ackrypin.johku.com and has entered into an Agreement with ackrypin.johku.com. The Merchant is the seller of the Products and Services and the creditor of the Customer.
Customer
The Customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and the merchant's specific terms and conditions when purchasing products and services on AC businessmix Oy Ab's Internet services.
Ordering from AC businessmix Oy Ab
These terms and conditions apply to orders where AC businessmix Oy Ab is the merchant. The merchant's details always appear when ordering a product as follows:

2. General information
All our prices include VAT (14% or 25,5%) and are quoted in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel a transaction or make price adjustments if the product ordered or its price does not correspond to the actual market price due to, for example, a technical error in the online shop or human error.
We reserve the right to change prices and conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms of delivery.
3. Payment and cancellation of services
3.1. Excursions or events, equipment hire for 24 hours or more and group bookings of more than 5 items of equipment.
These Terms and Conditions apply to outings and events organised by AC businessmix Oy Ab, as well as to equipment rentals of more than 24 hours and group bookings of more than 5 rental items.
Payment conditions:
The customer is obliged to familiarise himself with the content of the event and to notify AC businessmix Oy Ab of any errors before payment is made. The contract is concluded when the customer books the event or the rental equipment.
Cancellation conditions:
a) If the event is cancelled at least 14 days before the event, we will try to find another time for the event. If no new time can be found, we will charge EUR 25 per person as an office fee.
b) If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the event, we will charge the full price of the event as cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made for unused services.
3.2. Rental equipment (less than 5 pieces)
This applies to all AC businessmix Oy Ab rental equipment and rentals of less than 24 hours. These conditions do not apply to group bookings of more than 5 rental tools. See conditions above.
Payment conditions:
The customer is obliged to familiarise themselves with the contents of the event and to notify AC businessmix Oy Ab of any errors before payment is made. The contract is concluded when the customer pays for the rental equipment.
Cancellation conditions:
a) If the event is cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the booking, we will try to find another time. If a new time cannot be found, we will charge EUR 10 per rental equipment as office fees. The new agreed time cannot be cancelled.
b) If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the booking, we will charge the full price of the booking as a cancellation fee.
c) If the staff of AC businessmix Oy Ab decides that the equipment rental cannot be carried out safely (e.g. too strong wind for paddling), the reservation can be postponed to another time or cancelled free of charge even less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
No refunds will be made for unused services.
4. Terms and conditions for accommodation services
The following conditions apply to accommodation services.
Booking
It is the responsibility of the customer to read the description and instructions of the booking destination(s) and the terms and conditions relating to the booking.
The booking made by the customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
The customer pays for the reservation according to the payment method of his choice and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.
The booking system sends the order/payment confirmation to the e-mail address indicated by the customer.
AC businessmix Oy Ab is not responsible for an unsuccessful booking and the customer should contact AC businessmix Oy Ab without delay to rectify the situation.
AC businessmix Oy Ab does not guarantee that the destination is still available in this situation.
If the property is not available, the money will be refunded or, if possible, another property will be offered in its place.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel your accommodation booking at any time in accordance with the terms and conditions.
To make a cancellation or transfer request, please send an email to ac.businessmix@gmail.com. Cancellation or transfer requests received through other channels will not be processed.
The cancellation date is the date on which AC businessmix Oy Ab has received the cancellation notified by e-mail. Cancellations will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks after receipt of the cancellation, depending on the length of the work queue.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in good time.
If the customer cancels the reservation,
30 days or more before the start of the booking, the cancellation will be subject to a delivery charge. The delivery charge is €25.
If the reservation is less than 30 days but at least 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental price will be charged.
For objects booked with a discount code, the full rental price will always be charged, regardless of the date of cancellation.
At the customer's request, the reservation may be transferred under the following conditions:
The transfer can only be made once.
The transfer can only be made once. The transfer must take place at least 30 days before the start of the original booking.
The transfer fee is EUR 25 (incl. VAT).
If the transferred reservation is cancelled, the full rental fee will always be charged, regardless of the date of cancellation.
AC businessmix Oy Ab's right to cancel the booking
In case of force majeure, AC businessmix Oy Ab may cancel the rental agreement. The customer who has rented the property will be informed of the cancellation without delay.
The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the rent paid.
Any costs incurred by the customer due to force majeure will not be reimbursed.
Keys
AC businessmix Oy Ab will arrange the opening of the premises for the customer.
In the event of a lost or unreturned key, AC businessmix Oy Ab is entitled to charge the full cost of rekeying or changing the locks, with a minimum charge of EUR 60.
AC businessmix Oy Ab shall be entitled to charge a minimum of EUR 60 in the event of having to open the property due to a lost or left-in key.
Use of the site
The site is defined in the site description
During the rental period, the customer has the right to use the property and its equipment and services.
If the customer notices any deficiencies or other remarks, he/she must immediately inform the person responsible for reservation management.
The customer is responsible for the cleanliness of the property and the removal of waste during and after the rental period.
The customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the property at the end of the rental period.
If the customer has not cleaned the site, AC businessmix Oy Ab will charge the full cleaning costs for the site. Cleaning work 62 eur/h, travel expenses 0,87 eur/km, travel time is included in the working time. The minimum invoice for cleaning work is 4 hours.
The site is at the customer's disposal during the period specified in the site description.
The accommodation is pet-free.
Damage compensation
The customer is liable to compensate AC businessmix Oy Ab for any damage caused to the property. The customer is also responsible for any other persons visiting the property and for any damage caused by them during the booking.
AC businessmix Oy Ab will not compensate the customer for any damage or expenses caused by natural conditions, such as insects, animals, sleet damage or unexpected weather changes.
Complaints
Any complaints should always be made as soon as possible after the matter has arisen.
If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily or if it involves a claim for compensation, the complaint must be submitted in writing within one month of the end of the rental period.
AC businessmix Oy Ab will endeavour to deal with the complaint as quickly as possible, but within one month at the most.
If the customer and AC businessmix Oy Ab do not reach an agreement, the customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.
5. Delivery time
The online shop only offers service products that are delivered within a certain period of time. The ordered service will be delivered at the time selected in the order.

The online shop only sells service products that are delivered at a specific time. The ordered service is delivered at the time chosen in the order. No delivery costs are added to the prices of the products.
7. Payment methods
The following reliable and secure means of payment are available for the payment of orders placed in the online shop. AC businessmix Oy Ab does not store bank account or credit card information at any time.
For each payment method, you will see a possible additional charge for that payment method. The customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen.
Card and online banking payments, online payment services
AC businessmix Oy Ab uses Visma Pay as an intermediary for online payments. This allows you to pay with the most common payment methods, from card payments to e-wallets.
Cash
You can pay in cash at our offices. You can also pay by credit card if you wish.
Invoice
For companies and organisations only. Invoices must always be agreed separately in advance. If you are interested in this option, please contact us by email or phone.
Refunds
The services do not have a refund policy. See section three for payment and cancellation conditions for the Services.
